My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful experiences and minor letdowns. The luxurious rooms offered understated comfort but lacked a balcony for enjoying the outdoors. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly staff, yet the dining options were somewhat limited. The location was stunning, reminiscent of the best Asian hotels, but the size fell somewhat short. Overall, a memorable stay with a few room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were the epitome of understated luxury and the food was sublime, but the middle-tier rooms were very cold with no balcony to enjoy the outside.
The hotel offered a mix of luxury and family-friendly comfort, delivering a massive and very clean room with all expected amenities. However, the middle-tier rooms lacked warmth and outdoor access, limiting the full enjoyment of the surroundings.
